Apr 29, 2026"Add a notice to the owner: please train your employees to work more diligently and efficiently. I was visiting in a Monday afternoon about 2pm. It's not peak time and the restaurant only had about 1/3 space with customers. There were 2 chef working and waiters are not busy even chatting. I believe to eat ramen is faster than a gourmet restaurant, when I was on the way to the airport. I waited for my ramen more than 30 mins that was incredible and unprofessional. I was surprised that the restaurant enlarged the space this year. Very successful business. The ramen is still in good quality and best of Mexico. They keep the original taste of ramen from Japan, more char siu pieces, which is even better than a lot of ramen restaurant in CDMX. Just 2 parts to improve: service speed and the softness of perlas in the Boba tea."
